meet Your Villagers
Angie
We started Your Villagers after having our first baby and realising just how much harder everything feels when you don't have a village around you.
As expats, we didn't have family nearby to call on when we were exhausted, overwhelmed or simply needed someone to help with the everyday things.
I remember wishing there was someone who could come into our home, take care of the house and make life feel a little lighter.
I also wanted to feel completely comfortable with what was being used around our baby. When little ones are crawling across the floor, touching everything and putting just about everything in their mouths, I didn't want harsh chemicals lingering around our home. So choosing no-tox, non-toxic products became an important part of how we do things.
Your Villagers grew from that feeling. We wanted to create the kind of support we wished we'd had. Warm, trustworthy and genuinely helpful. A little bit of the village we didn't have, for families who need one too.

When we had our first baby, we quickly learned how full-on those early months can be, especially without family nearby to lend a hand.
There were plenty of times when we were tired, the house needed attention and we simply wished we had someone we could rely on to help.
I know how much it means to have one less thing on your plate. As a dad, I really value the time we get to spend together as a family, and I know how much nicer a weekend feels when you're not using it to catch up on housework.
I genuinely care about the families and homes we look after. I like getting to know how each family does things, noticing the little details and always looking for ways we can do an even better job.
For me, it's not just about leaving a home clean, it's about knowing that we've given a family a little more time to relax, be together and enjoy their weekend.
