Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Your Villagers (Stein Saidi Pty Ltd trading as Your Villagers).

By booking our services, you agree to the following terms.

 

Services

Your Villagers provides housekeeping and home support services.
We do not provide childcare, supervision, or medical services.

Services are provided based on the information supplied at the time of booking and may be adjusted by agreement.

Bookings and payment

  • All services are booked in advance

  • Payment is required prior to service delivery

  • Invoices are issued at the time of booking

  • Payment may be made via bank transfer or online payment link

  • All prices include GST

A minimum booking of two (2) hours applies to all services.

 

Cancellations and rescheduling

We understand that plans change.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full booking fee

  • If access to the home is not provided at the scheduled time, the booking may be treated as a late cancellation

Access and safety

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing safe and reasonable access to the home

  • Ensuring the work environment is safe

We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if a task is unsafe, unhygienic, or outside the agreed scope.

 

Quality and concerns

If you have any concerns about the service provided, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the matter.

 

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Your Villagers is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. 

 

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
