No refunds after service delivery
Once a service has been delivered, refunds are not provided.
If something isn’t right
If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service:

Please contact us as soon as possible after the service

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, work with you to address concerns
Our preference is always to resolve matters fairly and thoughtfully.
Cancellations
Refunds are not provided for:

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice)

Missed appointments due to lack of access
