Your Villagers is committed to providing thoughtful, high-quality housekeeping services.

No refunds after service delivery

Once a service has been delivered, refunds are not provided.

If something isn’t right

If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service:

  • Please contact us as soon as possible after the service

  • We will review the issue and, where appropriate, work with you to address concerns

Our preference is always to resolve matters fairly and thoughtfully.

Cancellations

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice)

  • Missed appointments due to lack of access
